GeoLeague

About

GeoLeague is a free geography game you can play right away — no account, no install. Pick a mode, race the clock or take your time, and get to know the world’s countries, capitals, flags and regions. There are two content packs: World Geography and Polish Geography.

A daily grid — fill each cell with a place matching its row and column; rarer answers score more.

The daily set

Every day brings three quick challenges: a World grid, a Poland grid and one Pin the Capital throw. Together they add up to a single daily score you can compare with friends, and a “Share today’s score” card turns all three into one image. Come back day after day to build a streak.

Grids

A grid is a 3×3 puzzle. Each row and each column is a clue — “In Europe”, “Flag has horizontal stripes”, “A spa town” — and every cell needs a place that matches both its row and its column. You have a few guesses to spare, and the less obvious your correct answer, the more points it’s worth.

Marathon

One life, endless clues, one at a time. Classic is timed and rated; Survival gives you three lives; Training (Zen) drops the timer and lets you choose the difficulty — up to Legendary, which throws four clues at once for triple points. Blitz is a 60-second sprint on its own leaderboard. Beyond the standard packs you can run Capitals (name a country or its capital) and Flags (see a flag, name the country) — and in Training you can drill a single continent.

Pin the Capital

We show you a country; you tap the map where you think its capital is. The closer your pin, the more points — distance is judged relative to the country’s size, so a near-miss in a small country still scores well. The daily “Capital of the day” is a single fair throw at one country.

Quick minigames

Higher or Lower: given one country’s statistic, guess whether another’s is higher or lower — the pairs get tougher as your streak grows. Tap the Flag: match a country to its flag among look-alikes.

Play with others

Casual multiplayer lets you create or join a room and race friends in real time on a shared grid. Ranked matches (for signed-in players) use fixed rules and move your rating.

Build your own

In Create you can assemble a custom grid — pick a pack, choose the row and column clues, preview the answers, and share the finished board with a link.

Rarity & scoring

Answers are scored by how rare they are — roughly the share of players who’d think of them. Six tiers run from Obvious (almost everyone’s pick) through Common, Uncommon, Rare and Ultra-rare to Legendary (a find fewer than 1% of players make). Each solved answer shows its exact commonness, and the rarer it is, the more it’s worth.

Friends & the weekly league

Add friends and compete in a weekly league that resets every Monday (Warsaw time): a top-three podium, a crown for last week’s winner, a live countdown to the next reset, and a breakdown of everyone’s points across the daily games.

Ratings & badges

Signed-in players earn a separate rating (ELO) for each mode, plus quiet collection badges — one for every continent and every Polish voivodeship — that climb from Bronze to Diamond as you answer more from that region. You can also play everything fully anonymously.
